For the first Block Fest in November, we honor the memory of bicyclist Gregory Blackman with the creation of a ghost bike.
Participants are welcome to contribute to the memorial with art materials. The ghost bike memorial will be installed in front of CounterPulse for all to honor Gregory’s life while advocating for bicycle safety.
