Center for Sex and Culture Gallery is delighted to present Katie Gilmartin’s illustrations for her noir mystery entitled Blackmail, My Love which is set in San Francisco in the Dark Ages of Queerdom: 1951!!
Performance adapted from the novel of the legendary drag artist José Sarria doing a stand-up routine about Alfred Kinsey, followed by a rousing chorus of Sarria’s favorite “God Save Us Nelly Queens,” led by Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, Inc. Fifties hors d’oeuvres by Sister Penny Costal. Fifties attire welcome!
