This free event will feature a conversation with Reverend Grays about the significance of the project which hi-lights the importance of recognizing our children as future change makers for the betterment of our local and global community.
Reverend Grays will be presenting portraits featuring Black Civil Rights activists such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks, depicting them as children. This representation is meant to remind us that we should create nurturing and empowering communities for our children to grow and thrive in because we never know just who they will grow up to be and what impact they will have on the world.
