Between Two Worlds: A Wonderland Story
Between Two Worlds: A Wonderland Story is a revamped edition of our original Wonderland, with new characters and new environments. If you've been before, there are new scenes to encounter. Make sure to snag a red-suited ticket to meet all-new characters!
Between Two Worlds is a one-hour immersive experience. Tickets are $65.
About the Waves (Jacks, Queens, and Kings -- Oh my!)
Each show features 3 waves of 4 guests each (Jacks, Queens, and Kings). If you have claustrophobia or mobility issues, please select a red-suited track (for example, the King of Hearts or the King of Diamonds). Guests on the same wave will be together for 90% of the experience, splitting up only at moments of darkness or tunnels, where they'll experience different scenes and encounters depending on if they are have a red-suited ticket or a black-suited ticket. Guests on the same wave with the same-colored suit will experience 100% of the show together. All waves join each other in the end.
The Story
Alice had her turn. Now it's yours.
Wonderland awaits... Get ready to dive down the Rabbit Hole. Between Two Worlds is an enhanced version of our original hit Wonderland, featuring brand-new environments and a few all-new scenes and characters. If you think you've seen Wonderland, think again... There's so much more to explore!
If you've already seen Wonderland, get ready to experience a few new scenes, as each of our three waves has new bonus encounters. Or, make sure that you choose a red-suited ticket for a few all-new characters.
The Story of Between Two Worlds: A Wonderland Story
It's the day of Alice's wedding, and she's a bit nervous about growing up and leaving her childhood behind. Oh well, that makes it the perfect moment for one last dip into Wonderland, where Alice will find herself torn between her past and her future. Alice's wedding party (that's us!) dive down the rabbit hole after her, leading us on an adventure where we'll encounter the Cheshire Cat, have tea with the Mad Hatter, and flee the Red Queen -- if we hope to keep our heads.

FAQs:
What is immersive theatre?
You will be an active participant in the performance! Scenes will include you and your fellow audiences members in the performance.
Where is the performance?
Between Two Worlds takes place at a secret location within two blocks of the 16th and Mission BART Station in San Francisco. The day before the experience, ticket buyers will receive an email with the exact address. If you have any trouble, email [email protected].
I want to buy tickets for friends. How will they discover the location?
When you check out, you are able to enter the names and emails of your friends, so that they can receive the email telling them the location of the experience. You are also able to return to edit this information after buying the tickets. Make sure to enter their emails, or else you'll be the only one alerted to the location, and you'll have to forward it on to your friends!
How long is the experience? When should I show up?
The experience lasts one hour. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. The experience begins on time and late entry is not possible. If you are not present five minutes prior to your performance time, your tickets may be forfeited without refund.
What is the difference between the five waves?
Each hour, twelve guests are able to enter Wonderland. Guests enter in groups of four, approximately three minutes apart, so tickets are labeled by which wave they are part of. Each wave gives guests a similar experience. One ticket allows a single guest to enter, so each guest must have their own ticket.
I'm claustrophobic, have mobility concerns, or have issues with small, enclosed spaces.
Make sure to get a red-suited ticket! Black-suited tickets feature tunnels and dark spaces, are not recommended for guests with claustrophobia or mobility issues.
Can I bring my kids?
We are limiting this edition of Carnival of Memories to guests 21 years of age or older, but are actively working on creating kid- and family-friendly material for the future, so stay tuned!
What should I bring with me?
As little as possible. While a complimentary coat check will be available, we ask that guests keep personal items to a minimum.
