Performer Bios:
? Dixie De La Tour is a Sexual Folklorist, Storyteller, entrepreneur, teacher, catalyst, coach, community builder, facilitator, & instigator (& that’s just for starters). She is the founder, curator & host of the award-winning sex and storytelling series, Bawdy Storytelling (“The nation’s original sex and storytelling series” – Playgirl, “The Moth for Pervs” – LA Weekly)
Called “a stiff shot of courage in a push-up bra”, Dixie is passionate about storytelling’s power to connect strangers. A former sex party producer & adult dating site community manager, she founded Bawdy Storytelling, a multi-city brand of sex-positive self advocacy that's changing the world and making our relationships more authentic and accessible. Dixie has presented and hosted at Yale Sex Week, Kink.com’s Bondage Awards, the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco’s series ‘Uninhibited: About Sex’, CatalystCon Sexuality Conference, Dark Odyssey kink conferences, FetFest kink events, and more, as well as her home turf of the Bawdy Mainstage and BawdySlam shows.
As a storyteller, Dixie’s stories can been heard on the Risk! podcast and her own Bawdy Storytelling podcast (which was selected by Esquire.com as a top 5 ‘Best Sex Podcast’) Ping her (she likes that) at @Bawdy, facebook.com/DixieDeLaTour & at https://www.BawdyStorytelling.com
? Adam Ross is an unabashed dog lover, political news junkie, and former gay rights rabble-rouser. Adam squandered roughly twenty years working for technology companies in business and legal capacities before discovering his passion for live storytelling in 2015. Follow Adam’s storytelling at https://www.adamross.me.
? Lindsay Olsen is a 4th generation Californian who considers herself bi-coastal, having lived her 20s in New York.  By day she’s a highly creative marketer and entrepreneur - doing the silicon valley grind. In the evening and on weekends you will find you’ll find her mixing cocktails, taking a cooking class, hanging near the ocean, hiking or exploring new restaurants with friends and lovers.
? Fay Romero is a father, builder, artist, musician, burlesque performer, clothing designer, event producer and respectful perv who spends his time, among other things, looking for opportunities to create new stories to share with you!
? Jeffrey Allen Hayes is a Bawdy regular and two-time Best of Bawdy winner. He holds an MA in drama therapy and is no stranger to the healing power of performance. He also plans LGBT events and programs at a senior center, works at a gay sex club, and facilitates roleplaying games professionally. You can follow him on twitter @GooglyButts where he tweets pictures of buttholes with googly eyes.
? Jefferson Bergey performs his family-unfriendly music all over the Bay Area and frequently writes custom songs for Bawdy Storytelling. As a solo acoustic act, Bergey's sound is akin to folky musical theater in a coffee shop...if the coffee shop also sold sex toys and sativa gummy bears. His polite vulgarity may not be for the very young and impressionable or the very old and conservative but he won’t tell you how to raise your kids or upset your grandparents.
Bergey is currently recording his follow-up to 2016’s Come For Me, which can be purchased/streamed at all of the predictable places online. He can be seen and heckled every Monday night as the jackass/artist-in-residency at Scopo Divino in San Francisco. Every week he puts on a unique and interactive show where he plays original music and songs suggested by those in attendance who haven’t already left in disgust.
When he isn’t performing his musical smut-with-a-smile, he’s on his best behavior teaching at Starland School of Music in Alameda. He was the cover-story in the San Francisco Chronicle's Datebook as the one of the lead vocalists and consultants of the award-winning bay area chapter of Lucky Devils Band. Bergey also performs for Ivy Hill Entertainment and sings the role of Gregg Allman in a tribute group called Freestone Peaches. Bergey has performed at Sweetwater, The Independent, The John Steinbeck Association, Special Olympics Summer Games in Long Beach, FaceBook, The Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, and about two hundred different venues in the greater Bay Area.
