The San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) | Fort Mason Campus is the first stop for the "AXA Art Prize Traveling Exhibition," which showcases the work of 40 student artists, who are finalists for the AXA Art Prize 2019, at Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture. The 40 artworks include drawings, paintings, prints, photographs, and other media from artists aged 19 to 27 years old attending 30 schools and residing in three countries and 14 U.S. states.
The AXA Art Prize competition received more than 500 submissions from 130 schools offering graduate and undergraduate art programs.
