Audium VI rewinds audiences back to 1975. Originally composed on tape by Audium co-founder Stan Shaff, this piece premiered in October 1975 at the grand opening of Audium's home on 1616 Bush Street.
Fast forward 50 years, much has changed technology-wise, but Audium's original aesthetic remains intact. Now, following in his dad's footsteps, David Shaff has reworked his father's sounds for Audium's current system and will perform select evenings.
Blanca Bercial & Emma Scully will activate the lobby with interactive visual and sound works drawn from Audium's historic archive, including writing, photos, and video.
