ArtWalk turns downtown Livermore into a Gallery District for a Day on October 14 with art filling sidewalks and plazas, in parks and galleries, surrounded by boutique shops, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. More than 200 artists display their works from contemporary to classical, abstract to realism, pottery to mixed media, as well as handmade bags, ceramic garden art, jewelry, and more. Artwork is original and handmade and are represented by the artists themselves. There will be live music on the Bankhead Plaza featuring cultural music groups such as Cheza Nami, African music and crafts. Live music abounds in the Downtown as Livermorium Park will have the Livermore Cultural Arts Council bringing live music to the arbor area and Lizzie Fountain will have steel drumming and children crafts.

Painted by well-known local artists, the banners will feature an array of subjects and themes, expressed in a variety of artistic styles. These one-of-akind colorful works of art are perfect for indoor or outdoor use and will be enjoyed for years to come.
