Artist Collective: Public Doors and Windows

Public Doors and Windows is a Portland-based art collective that focuses on sustainable food issues and social practice. They will visit UC Santa Cruz to begin planning a long-term series of art projects about the UCSC Farm, where their member Harrell Fletcher, was an apprentice in 1995. The members of Public Doors and Windows will speak about their practice and their vision at UCSC, sponsored by the new Institute of the Arts and Sciences in cooperation with the Center for Agro-Ecology and Sustainable Food Systems.
