Learn the meaning and inspiration behind the art, personal stories of persecution suffered by Falun Gong practitioners in China and the journey of self-cultivation and triumph of the human spirit.
The Art of Truth, Compassion, Tolerance is an extraordinarily moving, intimate and inspiring exhibition detailing both an inner spiritual life and an outer human rights tragedy. Realistic oil paintings and Chinese watercolors from mostly Chinese artists give a unique insight into the spiritual discipline Falun Gong, also called Falun Dafa

It is art that aspires to inform and educate, to inspire and transform, to change and reshape. The exhibit should appeal to anyone interested in the relation of art to the social-political world; in suffering and the human condition; or in universal and spiritual themes. Those concerned with the contemporary world, in particular China, will find special importance in the issues raised therein. Much of what the art depicts and considers is currently unfolding in China. The exhibit is, above all, timely and relevant.
