The David Brower Center honors the prolific arts initiative The Canary Project for its eighth annual Art/Act Award and Exhibition. The exhibit as a whole will present a strong statement of the many possibilities for art, design and education to contribute vitally to environmental movements. The creators of The Canary Project, artists Susannah Sayler and Edward Morris will discuss their work in a public lecture presented as part of the opening reception on September 23. Exhibition is on view: Sept 23, 2016 – Feb 9, 2017
