Though San Jose now claims them, punk rockers Anti-Social really go back to Southern California, where they started as early as 1986, alongside a lot of then unknown bands, like the Offspring and NOFX, that would come to define the '90s Phat Wreck Chords and Epitaph punk sound. While a lot of the bands around then got poppier, Anti-Social stayed just as raw and angry as ever. They broke up in 1994 but later reformed in 2004. Now, they still get on stage and play punk rock like it's the '80s (before punk exploded and changed in every which direction). They are led by lead singer Charlie Cordova
