Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company is proud to welcome The Andy T – Nick Nixon Band to its new stage, bringing their Texas, Chicago & New Orleans blues to inaugurate a new era of live entertainment in the mid-Peninsula.
Nick Nixon is one of those amazing artists that rarely surface today. This velvet-voiced singer was born and raised in Nashville, TN, and was part of the thriving Jefferson Street blues scene of the '60s.
Nick was a Chess Records recording artist in the '70s and is a key figure in the reviving Nashville blues scene today. His latest CD was recorded with guitarist/bandleader “Andy T” Talamantez (Guitar Shorty, Smokey Wilson), and produced by Anson Funderburgh.
This new CD will follow his successful 2001 release on the European, Black Magic label, No End to the Blues, and his acclaimed 2005 recording, Back Down South.

The venue: founded 13 years ago, DCBC has always put a high priority on being an asset to the local community.
This core value led to the construction of a state-of-the-art performance venue, aimed at bolstering the attractiveness of the Peninsula to live entertainers on tour. This venue is directly adjoined to their new production facility of sustainably hand-crafted beer and root beer. We look forward to welcoming music fans for an evening of world-class music and craft beer.
