Don't be surprised if New York's Andy Suzuki and the Method blow up in a year or two. The trio of Andy (singer/guitarist), Jason (violinist) and Kozza (percussion) have the chops, the songwriting and the sound to go the way of John Mayer or Jason Mraz. They create the kind of polished, tight pop ballads and rock-out jams (and songs that segue between the two) that catch listeners on the first time around and never try to shake 'em loose. And with their slightly unusual arrangement of instruments and Suzuki's penchant to put a bit of country twang and harmony into his vocal parts, the band turns out some heartfelt, fresh pop rock.
