Anchor Steam Celebration: Steam x CULK Merch Drop at Anchor Brewing Co.’s Public Taps

Anchor Steam® is a brew so delicious, San Francisco dedicated a whole week to it. On Sunday/August 14, Anchor Brewing kicks off its 7th annual Steam Week with a launch party and Steam merch drop at Anchor's Public Taps in collaboration with San Francisco-based graphic artist Sam Culkins and CULK (@culk).
Attendees will be among the first to shop Anchor's limited Steam® X CULK capsule collection while enjoying special Anchor Steam Flights, $4.15 Anchor Steam beer-battered fish tacos from Sam's Chowder Mobile, and live music from a DJ spinning vinyl. Also on tap? Games, prizes and an opportunity for fans to customize their own Anchor x CULK bandana.
Taking place from 12:30pm to 4:00pm, the event is open to all to attend with seating available inside the Public Taps' taproom and the adjacent beer garden on a first come, first served basis.
Steam Week, which takes place the third week of August, was first announced by the Mayor's office of San Francisco in 2015 to honor Anchor Brewing's indelible mark on the city and pioneering role in the craft beer movement with Anchor Steam® beer. Since its introduction, Anchor Brewing has celebrated the brew with programming that showcases the spirit behind Steam's ground-breaking legacy dating back to the brewery's founding in 1896.
