Chef Joanne Weir is a James Beard award-winning cookbook author and teaches cooking classes in the United States, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Morocco, and beyond. She’s also the host and Executive Producer for several award-winning television series, including her brand new show, “Joanne Weir’s Plates & Places” (which, by the way, features our Heathware). Joanne’s quite familiar with Heath in the kitchen, spending five years cooking at Chez Panisse and as co-owner of Copita in Sausalito.
Her travels bring her back to San Francisco for an evening with us at Heath SF. We’ll start with a talk and q&a with Joanne to learn more about her journey as a chef, traveler, and teacher. Then, we’ll head over to our showroom kitchen where Joanne will do a demo of some of the light bites you’ll get to enjoy after:
