Come share a smorgasboard of delightful sounds under the baton of Norman Gamboa, beginning with the powerfully expressive Evocacion by celebrated Costa Rican composer, Benjamin Gutierrez, followed by the virtuostic Concerto for Violoncello in E Minor, Op. 85, of Edward Elgar, soloist, Hans Brightbill, acclaimed for the tonal richness emotionally drawn from his cello. The concert culminates with the masterful Symphony No. 2 by Alexander Borodin. Come join us for this sonic banquet!

Winchester Orchestra of San Jose is an independent non-profit community orchestra, founded in 1999, under the direction of Henry Mollicone for 25+ years, a well-known composer and pianist, who retired from the orchestra in the spring of 2014.
