The multi-platinum Israeli singer/songwriter/peace activist
The Multi-platinum Israeli superstar and peace activist will chat, discuss his life, career and new CD, sing a few songs and sign cd’s at the Osher Marin JCC on Friday afternoon, January 17 at 3:30. This special exclusive engagement is in celebration of Broza’s new CD entitled East Jerusalem/West Jerusalem which, together with Palestinian, Israeli and American musicians, acts as a vehicle to help Broza toward his life-long dream to transform reality with the power of music.
David Broza has been considered one of the most dynamic and vibrant performers in the singer/songwriter world.
Broza fuses the 3 countries where he was raised: Israel, Spain and England, into music that ranges from flamenco flavored rhythmic and percussion techniques, to whirlwind finger picking, to a signature rock and roll sound. His troubadour tradition of featuring the lyrics of the world’s greatest poets adds a dynamic depth and intimacy into his performances.
