Both born in 1983 in the South of France, Amine Edge was House & DANCE was Hip Hop. Together they combined their experiences, mood and styles to coin their own brand of “G-House”. Amine Edge & DANCE are known in France as the most influential creators of the brand new "Gangsta House" movement. The name of this movement comes from the special atmosphere this music kicks: a stunning combination between Funk’s deep bass, House kicks and inspiration from late 80s Hip-House movement.
2013 was a brilliant year for this duo. Several productions from Amine Edge & DANCE were released on famous labels Nurvous, Noir, Neim (Midnight Perverts), Runnin Wild (Bubba & Chris James), 2DIY4 (Solomun) & Get Physical, as well as remixes for respected artists Sasch BBC and Caspar, Tapesh, Midnight Perverts, Maher Daniel, DeMarzo, Adana Twins, Bubba, Pete Gooding, Puente & Rosch, Chicken Lips to name a few.
Amine Edge & DANCE are at presently working on their first full-length studio album for Get Physical.
