"Yooo! It's Ama, Actually Ama - I wanted to do my own little bio for my first every headlining world tour! BEFORE IT WAS KNEW! So here it is ! I'm super excited to be hitting three continents; Europe, North America and Australia. on a sort of .... a mini world tour some of the cities will be my 1st solo shows there ever; commee thruu New York City, SF, Paris, Madrid, and Melbourne!
Anywaaaay, the name for the tour, BEFORE IT WAS KNEW. dah DaH DAHHHH (que dramatic title sequence). A concept that grew from the time I spent on tour back in spring with Jorja! Basically, before it started I was in the process of finishing songs (a constant in my life) BUT this time it was these songs that I actually needed to fill out a full set aha. SO, each night, during the sold out North American tour, I would tease unfinished demos. literally because I just did not have the time or space to finish them, Then this became a thing, people would ask for those songs after shows it became a process that i connected with; one where i would be able to share my process with people spontaneously in a real real way BEFORE everything was shiny and polished, BEFORE people recognized who I was or what my songs were going to become, Before It Was Knew..
