SEE EVENT DETAILSAll Axis Power and Rotational Momentum WorkshopIntermediate/Advanced Find a new dimension of fun in your dance as we delve deep into technique centered around on axis (one foot) and off axis (weight sharing) movement. In this workshop Ben and Emily will build your balance and stability from the ground up with a series of fun moves. Then it's time to fly into shared axis turns and off axis hang time. *You will learn the skills to create stability and control in these more advanced moves. *Follows will create a rock solid axis and the skill of being light that invites leaders to play with more advanced moves. *Leaders will learn to counter balance any sized partner- even one who is substantially bigger! Workshop starts at 1:15.
