Alexander’s Steakhouse San Francisco to Host a "Dine Off The Vine" Summer Produce Dinner
Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will host a "Dine Off The Vine" summer produce focused seven-course prix fixe dinner on Thursday, August 17 with pre-paid reservation times available for seating in the restaurant's Wine Library event space and priced at $170.00 per person, excluding beverages, tax , service charges and gratuity. Wine pairings are also available. The meal will be prepared by Chef Marc Zimmerman, Executive Chef of Alexander's Steakhouse San Francisco and Guest Chef Claude Le Tohic, former head chef at the Michelin 3-star rated Joel Robuchon Las Vegas and 2004 winner of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvier de France award.

The menu will include Steak Tartare with carrot gazpacho; Brentwood Corn with cultured butter, shichimi, nori; Tomato with shiso cream, blue basil; Avocado with king crab, crab dashi; Black Cod with artichoke, tomato, fennel; Ohmi Barbecue Brisket with red miso, red cabbage, red wine; and Summer California Peaches with rosemary, Chartreuse.
Unchanged is the Alexander's Steakhouse curated beef program highlighting small farms from the United States, Australia and Japan. The restaurant showcases Greater Omaha Prime beef, dry-aged for 28 days, plus imported and domestic wagyu also play a prominent role on the menu with Japanese beef from nine prefectures offered.
Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco is located at 448 Brannan Street between Third and Fourth Streets. The restaurant is open nightly for dinner, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 5:30 to 10:00 PM, and on Sunday 5:30 to 8:30 PM. Valet parking is available, there are garages or lots in the area and the neighborhood streets are sometimes an option.
