AfterGlow Chorus is a brand-new chamber choir of experienced, highly-skilled singers proud to present a very special summer concert.
From the Heart is a unique concert (directed by Arnold Lee) to honor our loved ones no longer with us, and who provide us with musical inspiration.
The music includes pieces ranging from emotionally powerful choral and gospel classics, to beautiful jazzy arrangements and audience sing-alongs to popular songs.
You will hear wonderful masterpieces (old and new) from composers and artists, such as Bruckner, Rachmaninoff, Moses Hogan, Prince, Stevie Wonder, and Greg Murai that are both enjoyable to sing as well as emotionally moving to hear.
The concert will be in the beautiful, intimate Tower Chapel in the historic Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland, CA. Tower Chapel has amazing acoustics which will make this music a delight to hear. We are fortunate to be performing here as Tower Chapel has rarely been used for choral concerts.
Due to the intimate size of Tower Chapel, there is limited seating. Tickets are likely to sell-out, so don't delay in getting yours before it's too late!
