Borderline Art Collective is Danielle Andress, Marissa Geoffroy, Amy Lange, and Tescia Seufferlein, all 2017 graduates of California College of the Arts' MFA Fine Art program. We share the desire for a cooperative environment to work alongside peers, the aspiration to sustain art in the Bay Area, and the commitment to community involvement and social justice. 1340 Bryant St in SF is home to our studios as well as the site of exhibitions and events open to the public.
Borderline opened its doors in 2017 with its inaugural show “After Party,” a group show containing work from almost the entire CCA MFA class of 2017. After a year of programming including five exhibitions, a holiday storefront display project, a surrealist dinner party, a group show in Seattle, and a hosting of the Painting Salon, the four founding members will display new works of their own in a group show titled, “After, After Party.”
All work will be on view at 1340 Bryant street in SF. For the opening reception, Jeanne Finley, faculty in CCA’s film dept, will premiere her latest film.
We hope you'll join us!
