Barefoot Chamber Concerts ("an enterprise noted for both its quality and informality" - San Francisco Classical Voice) presents a program filled with choice delicacies from the French, German and Italian baroque, including music by Lambert, Couperin, Bononcini, Buxtehude and Bach, played by Ensemble Vermillian with Les Violettes.
Both groups have been active on the Bay Area scene for many years, and the combination opens the way to some very unusual and exciting repertoire.
All in the fabulous wooden acoustic of St. Mark's Parish Hall. There will, of course, be snax.
