A March to Against the Use of Electroshock Treatment

SEE EVENT DETAILS

Make a stand against the use of electroshock!

Most people don’t believe that electroshock (electroconvulsive therapy or ECT) is still being used in modern society. Factually, ECT is one of the most brutal “treatments” ever inflicted upon individuals under the guise of mental health care. Yet approximately 1.4 million people worldwide, including an estimated 100,000 Americans, are given electroshock each year, including the elderly, pregnant women and children. This directly results in hundreds of deaths in America per year.

Join us in marching against the American Psychiatric Association and calling for a ban on this barbaric practice.

You can also sign the Petition to Ban Electroshock here: https://www.change.org/p/ban-electroshock-ect-device-being-used-on-children-the-elderly-and-vulnerable-patients
