AIA San Francisco and the Center for Architecture + Design present the annual San Francisco Living: Home Tours, an open house event, featuring five outstanding modern homes. This popular program showcases a variety of architectural styles, neighborhoods, and residences including single-family homes and contemporary renovations. This is the first Bay Area tour series to promote residential design from the architect’s point of view.

Advanced tickets purchased starting on July 15 will be mailed beginning August 6, 2018; tickets will not be mailed for purchases made after September 15, 11:59 PM (PST)
Advanced tickets purchased after September 15 will need to be picked up at the AIASF office and will ony be available for pick-up/purchase at Cambria Gallery on September 20 (Architects' Forum) & September 22 (Day of Home Tours). No tickets are sold through Cambria Gallery.
Join us from 4:00 - 6:00 PM for Happy Hour after enjoying the San Francisco Living Home Tours! Participants are encouraged to join us back at the Home Tours Headquarters at Cambria Gallery to socialize, enjoy a happy hour of light refreshments, and talk about highlights of the day.

HOME TOUR RULES + REGULATIONS
Note that due to the hilly nature of the terrain, the showcased homes are not ADA accessible. Moderate walking is required to get to the homes.
NO children under 12 years of age are permitted on the tours. Only infants that can be held in a carrier that is strapped onto an adult will be allowed inside of the homes.
NO photography is allowed anywhere on the tours in an effort to protect our partners’ privacy.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and clean foot apparel. You may be required to remove your shoes prior to entering the houses.
Do NOT open anything that is closed or make use of any of the furniture.
Do NOT bring food or drinks into the homes.
Do NOT smoke in any of the homes or at any time while on the premises.
Restrooms in the homes are NOT available for public use.
Parking is not available at the home. Public transportation, walking, or taking a taxi is highly encouraged. Parking will be limited in the neighborhoods at the locations. Please respect all neighborhoods and do NOT park in or block driveways. Read all street parking signs.
Carpooling or public transportation is encouraged. We also recommend bringing along a map as a supplement to this program and routing your tour route in advance.
Tickets are transferable but are non-refundable.
Tour goes on rain or shine.
