Join us to celebrate the launch of our Record of the Month Club with a full-length listen of the Club's March selection, Missy by The Moore Family Band! We're listening to it all and we're listening to it loud. This is a free, BYOEverything event with some refreshments provided. We will have LPs available for purchase at the event, and of course the bookstore will be open for all of your browsing needs. About The Moore Family Band
The Moore Family Band are siblings Alyssa (lead vocals), Randy (guitar/bass), and Dylan Moore (drums/back-up vocals). This unique trio - think Weezer meets Alkaline Trio - from San Jose all moved back to their parents' home at the beginning of the pandemic. Stuck at home, they just started demoing songs together. They hadn't even played a live show before they were signed to Asian Man Records.

Every month, we nominate a bookseller-endorsed LP for Record of the Month and promote the album, band, and label throughout the course of the month. We put heavy emphasis on local and/or off-the-beaten track artists and labels with the intention of bringing support and attention to our community's vibrant creative landscape.
