Underground heroes of the 70's Detroit scene, THE DOGS played with the rock and proto-punk bands of the time --- Amboy Dukes, The Stooges, MC5, and The Up. The Dogs helped ignite the pre punk scenes in Detroit, NYC and Hollywood with their underground cult classic songs "Slash Your Face + Fed UP" + "John Rock" They forged their musical legacy in the grit of Detroit's Motor City, explored the avant-garde realms of the pre-punk New York underground, and soared amidst the glitz and decadence of Hollywood in the late 70's opening for The Ramones, Van Halen, AC/DC, KISS.
Founders Loren Molinare (guitar and vocals) and Mary Kay (bass), along with second generation drummer Tony Matteucci, remains active in LA and by all accounts sound as potent as ever. With re-issued vinyl of Heavy Medication scoring 5/5 reviews and their song "John Rock" being included in UK's Cherry Red Records release of the 5 CD Box set "Blank Generation, The Dogs continue to rev high.

Bite is about playin' fast, loud, sexy, trashy down and dirty punk and roll! They've been around the block and back so this shit ain't about jumpin' on some trendy bandwagon. If you like it fierce and fearless ala Dead Boys and Raw Power, then yeah, check out San Francisco's own...... Bite!

The Hyperdrive Kittens is a glitter-filled, punk-infused party band straight outta San Francisco. Whipping up melodic fun punk songs and a naughty lil attitude, these Kittens scratch out a blistering, sexy, silly outrageously good time with a burlesque and Rocky Horror influenced show that's all their own... #GlitterPunk "Rock that recalls both the Ramones and the Ronettes, and the lovely high harmonies - backed by grungy guitars and bitchin' 2 and 4 rim shots that would make even Phil Spector a little green with envy". -Billy Lavay
