Co-chefs and co-owners Tony Ferrari and Jonathan Sutton will be serving up some of their greatest seasonal hits and newer creations including a Duck Liver Torchon Amuse, Pork Cheeks & Broccoli Gribiche, house made Squid Ink Crab Ravioli, Miso Black Cod in Dashi Broth, and Tcho Chocolate Cake with pork fat frosting, brandy cream, and tangerine.
