3601 Lawton Street Development Community Meeting

Location: Lawton Tap Room - 3645 Lawton Street between 42nd & 43rd Avenues
Description: Community Boards will facilitate a public meeting to discuss a proposed development at 3601 Lawton Street. Currently a gas station, the site is proposed to be developed into a mixed-use site that will contain both commercial and residential units. The building would be three residential stories above a commercial ground floor with a basement and would include fifteen residential townhouses and six commercial spaces on the ground floor and second floor with parking in the basement. Community stakeholders are invited to attend to learn more about and discuss the project. The project development team for 3601 Lawton Street will be in attendance as will the San Francisco Planning Department and Supervisor Katy Tang.
