Since its inception in 2003, the US Air Guitar Championships have grown from a modest two-city competition into a major national tour that reaches more cities, fans and competitors every year. The USAG has garnered international media attention including features in the New York Times, Associated Press, Countdown w/ Keith Olbermann, the BBC, CNN, ABC News, NPR, Rolling Stone, Howard Stern, The Today Show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night With Conan O'Brian, MTV News, The Christian Science Monitor, Forbes and homepage video placements on YouTube, Myspace, AOL, and Yahoo! Last year's US Finals in NY were judged by Malcolm Gladwell (author of The Tipping Point), former Saturday Night Live star Rachel Dratch, Jason Jones of The Daily Show, and ACLU lawyer Ben Wizner. We couldn't believe it either.
