2018 West Portal Elementary CPAP & The SF Giants: Chinese Heritage Night

Dear WPE Community:
I'm happy to invite the entire West Portal Elementary Family to come on April 10th and enjoy CPAP's 5th appearance at Chinese Heritage Night with the SF Giants where our kids and alumni will perform and watch the Giants destory the Arizona Diamondbacks!
Reserved seating is located in: Bleachers (Next to the Coke Bottle)!

Please purchase your tickets QUICKLY. We sold out this event in just a few weeks last year.
Ticket sales will close, of May Thursday.
In order to sit together the same section, you must purchase your tickets though WPPC using this form. The first 75 seats are $35, after those are sold out or after 2/14/2018, the cost will be $40. Tickets sales will close on 3/30/2018. All seats include a special event "Year of the DOG BOBBLE HEAD!" While you will receive a specific bleacher seat, you are welcome and encouraged to make seat changes to allow kids to sit with their friends and family.
If you have any special ticket requests, please put them in the comments.
CPAP performers will welcome Vistors to the park at Willie Mays and Lefty O'Doul Plaza starting at about 5pm, and then open up the game with a special pre-game ON FIELD performance at aproximately 6:50PM! (Timing might change slightly.)
This event is opfen to ALL FRIENDS & FAMILES of West Portal Elementary to attend!
OK. That's it! Now go get your tickets, let's have some fun, and celebrate the end of another incredible school year!

Why is there a ticket fee added to my ticket purchase price?
To keep the process as simple and easy as possibe, we are encouraging parents to use eventbrite to manage ticket sales. There is a nominal fee charged per ticket to pay for credit card handling and information management.
Why are the tickets more expensive than general admission tickets for the same section?
Special event ticket purchasing is similar to booking a hotel for a conference. So to be able to purchase a block of 300 seats that are all in the same section TOGETHER, we make a commitment to purchase these tickets at a slightly higher price. A portion of the revenue for the entire event, goes into a special pool, which comes back to community groups (like CPAP), as a donation back to the WPPC by the Giants.
As a special thank you, our guests will get a coveted special promtional item-- bobble head!
Additionally, we add $3 to help self-fund the event, CPAP, and the WPPC.
Why do we have to pay to see our kids perform?
CPAP receives a honorarium for almost all of our performances, including the SF GIANTS.
However, due to the EXTREME populatiry of our WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SF GIANTS, complimentary tickets are not available. This is simply a great way to end the shool year with a bang! AND it's an AWESOME way to see CPAP perform!
Do CPAP performers need to purhcase tickets?
Yes. All persons in attendance must have a purchased ticket.
Can I request specific seats in the section?
No. However, we will do our best to keep friends and families TOGETHER. But, last year, kids and parents tended to move around a bit and socialize and talk to different friends.
What is the refund policy?
All Sales are final. However, we all know that things come up, kids get sick, etc... When this situation came up last year, due to the high demand for this event, parents easily re-sold tickets to other WPE parents. PLEASE KEEP TICKETS WITHIN THE WEST PORTAL ELEMENTARY COMMUNITY.
