World Series Trophy on Display at Vogue Theatre for Giants Movie

One of San Francisco’s oldest operating cinemas, the Vogue Theatre, hosts a special screening of “The Giants World Series Movie” on November 25 with the 2014 World Series Trophy on display.

Despite the sad news of Pablo Sandoval’s departure for Boston, Giants fans can relive the birth of the San Francisco baseball dynasty at the Presidio Heights neighborhood movie theater on Sacramento street.

The 2014 Giants movie, created by MLB Productions, captures every highlight and torture-filled moment from the Fall Classic, including the clutch performance by Madison Bumgarner. The film also features exclusive looks at the rest of championship crew and coaches from batting practice, ballpark sounds during games, inside the clubhouse, and at the Market Street Parade.

With more than 100 years of history, the Vogue traditionally specializes in foreign, independent and Woody Allen films. It also sometimes hosts film festival in addition to “baby matinees” every first and third Tuesday of the month.
