One of the first events of the summer festival season, Jazz Fest is often a good indicator for other festival lineups later in the season. Last year, Hall and Oates, Phoenix and Willie Nelson performed in New Orleans and also Outside Lands.

We wouldn’t be surprised to find a few of the names on the above list in Golden Gate Park fore the festival this August. Best Bets: Santana (local and legendary), Foster the People (new album coming soon) and Public Enemy (a safe choice for hip-hop).
