San Francisco Film Society Presents French Cinema Now Nov. 7 – 10

The San Francisco Film Society will be hosting its sixth annual French Cinema Now series at Landmark’s Clay Theatre November 7 – 10.  Like it’s other recent festival series, Hong Kong Film Cinema and Taiwan Days, French Cinema Now provides a small but substantial glimpse into the current state of French film. France has always been on the forefront of cinema and this year’s series offers new films from established directors like Claire Denis and Nicolas Philibert, as well as introducing San Franciscans to new names and faces. Advance tickets and more information on each film are available on the San Francisco Film Society’s official website.
