San Francisco Film Society Presents Third Annual Hong Kong Film Cinema October 4 – 6

The San Francisco Film Society is hosting the third incarnation of Hong Kong Cinema October 4 – 6 at the Vogue Theater in San Francisco. The festival highlights the best innovative and exciting films to come out of Hong Kong, one of the world’s most important film hubs. In addition to exhibiting the present state of film making in Hong Kong, as well as a glimpse of where it’s going, the festival will hold a tribute to Lau Kar-leung (aka Liu Chia-liang), a master of kung-fu choreography who recently passed.
