The Carmel Art and Film Festival returns with screenings of the best in independent film and contemporary art. Films in four different categories - feature, documentary, short, and student - will compete for the Clint Eastwood Filmmakers Award, given to the filmmakers who best exemplify Clint's commitment to the craft of filmmaking. George Rodrigue has been selected as the Carmel Art & Film Festival's featured artist for 2013, and will give a live painting demonstration and lecture, as well as make an appearance at the the Patron Carnival Party where he will be the guest of honor.
