Call it the Most Interesting Lunch in the World: Dos Equis and William Pilz of Hapa SF are coming together for ten days of free lunch as part of the Dos Equis Mobile Academy.

The special menu will feature:

• Itlog na Maalat – Pickled duck egg with fresh heirloom tomato
• Adidas Atchara – Braised chicken feet, a Filipino street food classic, is served with  pickled green papaya and mango.
• True Sisig –Thrice cooked pig’s head with jalapeno, kalamansi, soy sauce and shallot
