Liquor Marshmallows

Leave the kiddie marshmallows for the s’mores, these decadent delights are for the adults. Infused with liquor, these sugary squares would be a hit at any cocktail party. And while the recipe looks like it takes a little finesse, your efforts will be well worth it for the scrumptious end product, and the best part is that they can be stored in an airtight container and be freezed for up to four months.

Here’s what you’ll need:

* 2 tablespoons Gelatin

* 1 cup Cold water

* 1.5 cups Granulated sugar

* 1 cup Corn syrup

* .25 cup Liqueur (Crème de violette, Grand Marnier [1], Cointreau [2], Domaine de Canton)
