User-driven review site Yelp can – like it or not – make or break a new business. While most posts are well-thought out, balanced reviews, there are others that are driven simply by the user’s whim (I had a bad day and therefore I hate you and everything you stand for) or (rotten) personality. A recent “survey” compiled and categorized the most popular gripes of Yelp’s reviewers, and put them into a nifty pie-chart. My favs are: “Not Enough Free Drinks” and “Someone Looked At Me Funny”.

As Eater posted in What Yelp Users Complain About in Their Reviews, “Urlesque, responding to a recent survey of users from the hazardous imageboard 4chan, put together a bunch of fake website polls, including the one above about Yelp users.”
