The Killers have announced an intimate Saturday night before they headline Outside Lands music festival this year.

Tickets for the August 9 show are sure to sell quickly when they go on sale Saturday at 10am, even at $75 with a limit of two per customer. The 500-capacity venue will be a rare departure from the large concert halls where the band usually performs.

The Las Vegas-based quartet, led by singer-songwriter front-man Brandon Flowers, previously visited San Francisco in April of last year, performing at the spacious Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. It will be a big weekend at the Independent with Death Cab For Cutie playing another intimate show, part of the festival’s night show schedule on Friday, August 8.

The 7th Annual Outside Lands takes place August 8-10 in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
