Preview: A Benefit and Homage to DJ Solomon
On Friday, June 29th, please join a family of talented DJs and artists paying tribute to DJ Solomon. DJ Solomon’s life was tragically ended earlier this year, but his spirit and artistry lives on everyday, especially in the hearts of local DJs.
As one of the Bay Area’s most well-known DJs, Solomon was a all-around great DJ with his unique pop-turntablism style and being a DJ for the Golden State Warriors and S.F. Giants. With a warm and friendly demeanor, he was an easy DJ to look-up to as a colleague and a friend.
The night will be a tribute to the late Solomon, and will also raise money for the Solomon and Nicole fund. It will feature performances from DJs D-Sharp, True Justice, Vinroc, Add-1, Zeph, Styles, Platurn and Rascue. If you can’t make it and still want to donate, you can at this link.

Being a friend and helping the people Solomon held dearest to him is the first step to remembering his kindness and generosity for others. All donations are going directly to the Kahn and Cronin families in support of this difficult time.”
This event will be held at Shattuck Down Low in Berkeley. Donations will be accepted at the door, and night begins at 9pm.
