For one night only, the city’s hottest burger spot will feature a Valentine’s Day Kombu meal which includes a special Black and Blue Burger with a side of sweet potato fries and a glass of local red wine. The unique, limited edition sandwich boasts Umami’s signature hand-ground proprietary beef blend, topped with prosciutto, blue cheese and a sensational black mission fig compote, giving way to an alluring sweetness that’s entirely fitting for the holiday.

Reservations aren’t necessary here, so if you somehow failed to remember the significance of February 14th, this is a great and affordable way to rebound, and pass it off to your significant other as if you had something special planned all along. There is, of course, nothing more special than sharing the gift of ground meat with a loved one.
