Weekend Goodness at Speakeasy Ales and Lagers

Draft microbrews, food and entertainment; what better way to start your weekend (or every weekend) at Speakeasy Ales and Lagers in San Francisco.

With the success of its Firkin Friday events, Speakeasy Ales and Lagers is now giving the Bay Area two chances to check out the brewery with both a Friday night event and a Saturday Matinee.

An open house with tours, fresh kegs tapped and a rotating list of local bands and food vendors are on tap. You will also get a chance for a behind the scenes look at how the brewery concocts their Big Daddy IPA, Prohibition Ale and other local brews.

Speakeasy Ales and Lagers was founded in 1997 and has made a home in the southeast corner of San Francisco, what was once known as Butchertown, for over a decade.

The Firkin Fridays events are every Friday from 4-9 p.m. and the Saturday Matinees are every Saturday from 1-6 p.m. Speakeasy Ales and Lagers is located at 1195 Evans Avenue.
