Into spray can art? This evening at the 1am Gallery you can catch an awesome group show that aims to capture the evolution of this style of visual art.

Curator Mike Tyau has gathered a collection of progressive works from artists from around the world – from Canada to Japan and back to the Bay – to showcase the maturation of graffiti from emerging creative experiment to respected genre of visual art. Artists like Suiko, Sueme, Poesia, Robz and Bam will blend old school style with new school technology and tools to pieces that represent the future of the spray can.

The opening reception is 21+ and begins at 6pm. The show will run through October 29th.  Check out the 1am site for more details.
