Paulette’s Macarons is no longer. The small macaron shop in Hayes Valley has been closed for the last month for renovations and has now opened under the new name, Chantal Guillon.

The main difference is that the shop has now installed a kitchen of its own, meaning that all the macarons will be made locally. The tasty desserts will also be made with natural products and now, without artificial colorings.

Many of the flavors will be the same favorites as had been offered at Paulette’s. But the store is also offering many new flavors as well.

The grand re-opening is scheduled for Thursday from 12-7.
