PENPOP: Many interesting pieces fly under the radar for years because of their size. Which is lucky for us – there’s a sense of discovery in sighting these small drawings on rusted grates, locks, and pipes: PsyFi at Ocean Beach; Oddfellow in the Mission; Plant Trees on Market Street; and Flesh in Civic Center.
