The 6th Annual Gorgeous & Green gala at W Hotel today (5pm – Midnight) is happening tonight. Hosted by

Alison Brie, aka Pete Campbell’s wife on Mad Men, along with Gavin and Jennifer Newsom. General admission tickets, which include a fashion show with “eco chic” designs and cocktails will set you back $250. Who knew being green would be so darn expensive?

While funds will go to Global Green, the hefty general admission ticket prices, including $2500 for a patron dinner with the celebs in question, seems a little steep. But I guess that’s the price for being gorgeous. Perhaps it’ll all be worth it if Alison Brie wore this to the event.
