Zeph’s One Stop Teams Up With Twisted Roots and Chef Brandon Miller From Mundaka of Carmel For A Celebration of Summer
Zeph’s One Stop is open 7 days a week and has 28 wines by the glass (including sparkling wine), 8 beers by the bottle and the wine selections change weekly. Zeph’s also hosts parties and provides full service catering for parties from 5 – 500!
On Saturday, August 3rd Zeph’s will hold a free tasting of Twisted Roots wines as well as a mozzarella cheese pulling demo by Chef Brandon Miller from Mundaka. The tasting will be held at 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
$5 per person tasting fee
Twisted Roots will pour the following wines:
2010 Chardonnay, aged in neutral oak and finished with a medium toasted oak finish
2009 Cabernet Sauvignon that won a gold medal in the 2012 California State Fair Competition and best of the Lodi Appellation
2010 Cabernet Sauvignon that won a gold medal in the 2013 San Francisco Chronicle wine competition
2010 Petite Sirah, the family’s flagship wine.
1918 Old Vine Zinfandel our most popular.
Chef Brandon Miller will do a mozzarella pulling demo and offer samples.
